At Visage, we strive to provide high-quality beauty and skincare devices to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy and a 30-day service warranty for eligible products.
7-Day Return Policy
You may return your item within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- The return shipping cost will be shouldered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days.
30-Day Service Warranty
We offer a 30-day service warranty for products that have manufacturing defects. If your device stops working due to a factory defect within this period, we will provide a repair or replacement at no additional cost.
- The warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase and a clear explanation of the issue.
